for a contract period of up
to 4 years. It is win-win
situation for both the
hospital and the nurses. In
this scheme we undertake all
the responsibilities and
performance guarantee for
the nurses we place. This
system will have all the
flexibility like agency
nursing except it is
cheaper. This has following
benefit to the employing
hospitals / nursing homes.
The benefit of CONTRACT
NURSES to employers
1. Long term contracts -
Nurses sign a contract of up
to four years with the
hospital or nursing homes.
2. Same salary and benefits
- Nurses are paid according
to the award rates.
3. Visa sponsorship by
Nurses International - All
sponsorship obligations are
passed to Nurses
International.
4. No recruitment &
retention cost.
5. Nurses are allowed to do
more shifts as they are
through Nurses
International.
6. Replacement of nurses
from Nurses International
once the contract term
expires or the nurses leaves
the job in any reason.

Option to employ directly –
Hospital have the option to
directly employ upon
contract completion. This
will give the opportunity
for employers to assess the
quality of nurses before
offering direct employment
