We offer our services to hospitals / nursing homes in recruiting nurses. Overseas nurses comes to Australia through various registration programs. As such we have nurses available for placement through out the year. We give full freedom and facility to the employing hospital / nursing homes to interview and select appropriate candidate based on the specialization / skill requirements.

2. Contract nurses

DIRECT RECRUITMENT
Under this scheme hospital offer placement for our nurses and sponsor their visa. As such nurses became direct employ of the hospital / nursing home.
We can help in organizing interviews – direct / telephony / video conferencing / web conferencing

OUR SERVICES TO EMPLOYING HOSPITALS
1. Qualifications & Experience
We will provide registered nurse Div1 with relevant qualifications & experience as required by the employing hospitals / nursing homes. All our overseas nurses are proficient in the English language. Nurses International shall be able to provide screened and interviewed resumes to the hospitals interested in employing our nurses.

2. Registration with nursing board
We will provide nurses registered with the respective nursing board as Registered Nurse Div 1. If the nurse is registered in another state/country, Nurses International will make arrangements to transfer the registration to the state/country where our client is having hospital / nursing homes.

3. Employment
All the nurses recruited by the hospital / nursing homes shall become direct employee of the hospital. The employing hospital shall take full responsibility to pay the wages and other entitlements as required by the regulations.

4. Accommodation
Employing hospitals are not necessary to provide accommodation to the nurses. However for rural placements, we request clients to assist in sourcing accommodation.

5. Visa Sponsorship
Employing hospitals/ nursing homes have the option to sponsor and employ the nurses under direct pay roll.

6. Health Care Insurance
All overseas nurses recruited through Nurses International will have private health insurance as required by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMIA). Hospital will be informed with the details of health insurance.

7. Tax file number
All nurses recruited through Nurses International will have a tax file number.
